Ada sends you a short breathing exercise via WhatsApp every day, at the moment you chose. She makes your weekly plan and moves with you when your week changes. In the practice room you see what it does.
Ada only speaks Dutch for now, but will be speaking English soon.
Ada is an AI. Sjoerd decides how she works and reads along.
You do not have to remember anything or open anything. It starts in your WhatsApp, at the moment you chose. The screenshots are in Dutch, because that is the language Ada speaks for now.

Ada sends your exercise at your moment of the day. You let her know how it went, in your own words or with a tap on Good or Could be better. She replies, and remembers it for the week after.

The link opens the practice room on today's exercise. The duration, the pace and the explanation are already set. Nothing to search for, nothing to pick from a list.

Press start, and the circle sets the pace. The screen counts for you, tells you what to do and shows how long you have left. With sound and a voice if you like, or completely silent. All you have to do is breathe along.

Afterwards, one question: how do you feel now? That answer goes back to Ada and ends up in your next weekly plan. In the practice room you see your days in a row and the minutes you took for yourself.
The first two weeks are free, as the film says. During the test phase it is six.
On Sunday evening Ada asks you one question: how was your week, and what is coming up? Your answer makes the plan. On Monday morning your week is ready, with a theme and an exercise for each day, and the reason why.
If it gets busy, the plan moves with you. If you skip a day, you will not be reproached for it. The week after, Ada still remembers what was going on.
The first two weeks are free, as the film says. During the test phase it is six.
Since June, seventeen people have been breathing along with Ada for a few minutes every day. Together they did almost 400 exercises.
As reported by the participants themselves, directly after each exercise. Status as of 21 September 2026.
Five stars from six reviews. Below they are word for word, so in Dutch.
Ada's link opens your own practice room. There you find today's exercise, and everything else you need. Like Ada, it is in Dutch for now.
An app waits for you to open it. And on an overfull day, that is exactly what slips. Ada turns it around: she sends you a message, at the moment you chose. Nothing to install, no account to create and no logging in.
Ada is an AI, and you know that from day one. Sjoerd is a breath coach and decides how she works. He reads along, and when something needs a human, he takes over.
She remembers what was going on. You never have to tell your story again. What you share after an exercise comes back in your next weekly plan.
You stop by sending stop. No notice period, no buttons to hunt for.
Before De Adempauze opens to everyone, thirty people breathe along for six weeks, free. You get Ada, your own weekly plan and the whole practice room. All I ask in return is honest answers. The test phase is in Dutch.
You can sign up until Thursday 8 October.
