Every third Sunday of the month, a breath circle at FORM in Amsterdam, together with Wylde Roots. You book your spot here, directly with me.
Two and a half hours in which nothing is asked of you. You lie on a mat in the circle, the music is on, and Wylde Roots and I take you through a connected breathing session. Afterwards there is time to let it settle.
All levels. You do not need any experience with breathwork.
Say when you book that you would rather have it in English, and I will make sure the instructions are in English as well.
Let me know and I will put you first in line for the next breath circle, or give you a nudge as soon as someone passes their spot on.

You can always ask first.
Breathwork is an addition to care, not a replacement for it. With serious mental health problems, heart rhythm disorders, epilepsy or pregnancy, check with me first. Send me a message or mail sjoerd@deadempauze.nl.
Good to know.
Your spot is transferable: if you cannot make it, someone else may come in your place. Let me know, so the list is right. If the breath circle does not go ahead, you get the full amount back. Because this is an activity on a fixed date, there is no statutory cooling-off period.
